Pricing questions
Is Kestry free during beta?
Yes. Kestry is currently free during public beta. You can create an agent, add your knowledge and put the chat widget on your website without paying anything or entering a card.
What are the beta limits?
The beta runs on the Free plan limits shown above — the agent, knowledge base and monthly message allowances listed on the Free card. Those are the same limits the product enforces.
When will paid plans become available?
Paid plans are shown here so you can see where Kestry is heading, but checkout is disabled during the beta. They will open once we are confident the product is ready for them.
What happens to my agent when paid plans launch?
Your agent, knowledge bases and conversation history stay as they are. Nothing you build during the beta is discarded.
Does the optional support contribution change my plan?
No. The $3.99 support contribution on our free tools page is entirely optional and separate from product access — it does not raise your limits, unlock features or change your plan in any way.
What counts as a message?
Each reply your agent sends to a visitor counts toward the monthly message allowance shown on your plan.
